Meso’s Cranberry Duck Dressing/Stuffing
3 cups Corn Bread Cubes (oven toasted 250 degrees)
3 cups Flour Bread (oven toasted biscuits, rolls, loaf bread, buns)
1 cup diced Celery
1 cup diced Bell Pepper
2 Eggs (whipped)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Garlic
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
1 tbsp. Paprika
3 Tbsp. Sage
Duck or Chicken Broth (as needed for desired moistness)
4 chopped Pepperoncini or Banana Peppers
1 cup Cranberries or Craisins
1 can Cream o’ Chicken Soup
Toast all bread in 250 degrees for 45 to 90 minutes. Combine all ingredients except eggs. Feel free to add more of any ingredient to your liking. Reserve beaten eggs and add them in last so that you can taste test before you add them. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Use cast iron pan if at all possible.
